📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Assist the barista in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer experience.,Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a coffee shop or barista role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Friendly and approachable personality.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
