Your daily tasks will include analyzing production costs, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 15,000,000 to Rp 25,000,000 per month, this role offers both professional growth and personal fulfillment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost reports using SAP and Excel.
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.
- Monitor production processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
- Provide technical support to the sales team on cost-related inquiries.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in costing and manufacturing engineering.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
