📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to ensure efficient use of resources.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with mechanics as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to drivers and other staff as needed.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
