Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments are functioning effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and achieve company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze financial performance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a similar role within the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
