📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Identifying and assessing risks to the organization and recommending appropriate controls to mitigate those risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk assessment techniques.
