PT Bangka Mineral Resources is seeking a Mine Startup Coordinator to join our team in Pangkalpinang. As a Mine Startup Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in launching and optimizing mining operations, ensuring smooth project initiation, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement startup plans, manage project timelines, and ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities, to facilitate a successful project launch.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee project initiation and ensure smooth startup of mining operations.
• Develop and implement startup plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage regulatory compliance and ensure all operations adhere to local and national regulations.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and local communities to facilitate project launch.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular meetings and reports to update stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine startup coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Experience with stakeholder management and community relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Bangka Belitung region and its mining industry.
