📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure timely responses.,Coordinate with the sales team to organize and execute sales activities and events.,Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
