📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
