Plus New Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a strong background in retail or cash handling.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with sales transactions and providing product information.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring the store is stocked and organized according to company standards.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
  • Assisting with promotional activities and sales events.
  • Working with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or cash handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
