📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement competitive bidding strategies to secure new business opportunities.,Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and risk assessments.,Analyze market trends and competitor bids to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.,Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to achieve project objectives.,Maintain and update costing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in solution development and costing, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.,Strong knowledge of costing principles, project management, and technical writing.,Proficiency in using costing software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
