📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales reporting.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager and senior management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support overall company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and improving operational efficiency.
