Place Shop Nusantara is looking for a Deputy Cook to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. The Deputy Cook will work closely with the Head Cook to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and restocking of food supplies.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure food safety and quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a professional kitchen.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
