📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
