Sentral Umar Electronics is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports. This role is crucial in supporting the company's logistics and transportation needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records and reports of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.,Handle vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and permits.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding vehicle operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
