📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult customers on fragrance and beauty products, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Demonstrate and showcase our premium fragrances and beauty products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Promote our brand through in-store activities and events.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fragrance and beauty industry.
• Ensure that our products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the fragrance or beauty industry, preferably in a consulting or sales role.
• Excellent knowledge of fragrance and beauty products, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Enthusiasm and passion for beauty and fragrance.
• Certification in fragrance or beauty consulting is a plus.
• Ability to use POS systems and other retail software effectively.
