As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures related to employee relations, benefits, and compliance.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to address employee issues and resolve conflicts.,Contribute to the development of HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
