📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
