📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and inspections.,Collaborate with management to ensure HSE policies are integrated into business operations.,Promote a safety culture within the organization through effective communication and engagement.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management or a similar role.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
