LAMANSUA Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team in Badung, Bali. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing the bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.,Create and maintain a well-stocked and organized bar inventory.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop new bartenders to maintain high standards of service.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of bartenders.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
