Cloud One Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service professional to join our team in Jatinegara. As a Lead F&B Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership and management skills will be instrumental in driving our service team to excel and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service team, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Develop and implement service standards and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet service quality targets and understand customer needs.,Monitor and evaluate service performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve service delivery.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels to support service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.,Proven track record of leading and managing service teams to achieve high service standards.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and service management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
