📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to improve their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
