We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Aeon Delight Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping and gardening projects within our facilities. Your strong leadership and project management skills will ensure that our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of Rp 9.000.000 - Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping and gardening projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with the facility management team and other departments.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in landscaping and gardening.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for landscaping and gardening projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the landscaping and gardening industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with facility management and retail environments is a plus.
