Bahagia Budi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process, and contributing to a positive customer experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a vibrant and dynamic team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Keep accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote our menu items and specials to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proficient in using basic office software and computer applications.
