PT Gading Antar is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and manage our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve company goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the remote team, ensuring they are productive and meet their targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures.,Maintain open and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the company.
