📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Stock and organize retail displays to attract customers and drive sales.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high performance standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs. (9 kg).
