📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the costing, planning, and control of construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports.
  • Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Participate in project meetings and decision-making processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction costing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using cost estimation software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and practices.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
