📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Design and conduct workshops and seminars,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Maintain training records and reports,Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Assist in the development of new training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and priorities
