As the HCGA & HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impacts.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Lead HSE training programs and workshops to educate employees on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Ensure that our environmental management systems are in compliance with relevant standards and certifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
• Oversee the implementation of General Affairs policies and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as an IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE and environmental management systems.
• Strong understanding of international standards such as ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in working in a national-scale company with complex operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
