In this role, you'll work closely with our recruitment team to implement and maintain our Avature ATS system, ensuring it meets the needs of our global workforce. You'll be responsible for system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting, using your expertise in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain the Avature ATS system to support our recruitment processes.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the ATS system.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify system requirements and implement improvements.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the ATS system.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to our recruitment processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ATS management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ATS system administration, with a focus on Avature.
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the role of ATS in these processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in Avature ATS or relevant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
