In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in driving bookings and revenue by optimizing our villa listings on popular online travel agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda. Based in the vibrant area of Canggu, you’ll work closely with our team to ensure our villas are always available and attract the right guests.
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing our online presence, from updating listings to responding to guest inquiries. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and have a passion for travel and hospitality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize villa listings across multiple OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda).
- Update property descriptions, photos, and pricing to attract more guests.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and reviews promptly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Track booking trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Assist in creating and updating promotional materials for our villas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online travel agencies.
- Support the property management team in any additional tasks as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda listing tools.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel and hospitality industry.
- Valid work visa for Indonesia.
