In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute reliability tests, analyze data, and implement improvements. You'll use state-of-the-art equipment like thermal stress chambers, bias temperature stress testers, and high-voltage measurement systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute reliability tests for semiconductor devices, including thermal cycling, humidity testing, and bias stress tests.
• Analyze test data using specialized software such as RelXpert, Weibull++, and Minitab.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and improve reliability test methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
• Document test results and findings, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Participate in on-call shifts to monitor and troubleshoot reliability test equipment.
• Support the calibration and maintenance of reliability test equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project-based work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor reliability testing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of reliability test standards, including JEDEC, MIL-STD, and IEC.
• Proficiency in using reliability test equipment such as thermal stress chambers, bias temperature stress testers, and high-voltage measurement systems.
• Experience with reliability data analysis software like RelXpert, Weibull++, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
