📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of financial data and systems.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
