📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of autonomous mining solutions using advanced software such as ROS, Gazebo, and RViz.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the adoption of autonomous systems in mining operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, mining companies, and technology partners, to ensure the successful deployment of autonomous systems.
• Oversee the integration of autonomous systems with existing mining infrastructure and operations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of autonomous mining systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Lead the team of experts in autonomous mining technology, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Represent BBMI in industry forums, conferences, and events to promote the adoption of autonomous systems in mining operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing autonomous systems in mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced software such as ROS, Gazebo, and RViz.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in mining operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the mining industry and the challenges and opportunities associated with autonomous systems in mining operations.
