📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Implement and monitor procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Support the procurement team in managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management roles.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with supply chain software such as JDA or Manhattan Associates is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or relevant certifications is a plus.
