🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community health or a related field.
• Certification in community health or a related field is a plus.
• Strong instructional design and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Indonesian culture and community health needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
