📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Automation Engineering (AE) Department, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using PLC programming, SCADA systems, and robotics to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation engineering.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation engineering, with a proven track record in leading engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and robotics.
• Certifications in IEC 61131-3, ISO 9001, or other relevant standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
