📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
• Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Provide regular reports to clients on the status of their recruitment efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment agency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry-specific recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
