📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the loan portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products.
• Conduct customer meetings and consultations to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the loan approval process, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to the loan committee.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Work closely with the branch manager and other team members to achieve branch targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, particularly in loan origination and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient in using banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solution (CBS) and Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional results.
