As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our premium POC devices. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful implementation of our POC devices. You will work closely with our sales team, regional managers, and technical support to achieve your targets. With a focus on premium devices, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of the medical industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, focusing on premium POC devices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the medical industry.
• Develop and present sales proposals, including pricing, product features, and benefits.
• Ensure the successful implementation of POC devices, including training and support.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and regional managers.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the medical field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the medical industry, including regulations, trends, and technological advancements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Bali and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
